I relentlessly pursued my body goals, and I reached them.

I got the body, but I still wasn't happy, confident, or satisfied.

Q: Is this for women only?

A: The content in this program is intended and applicated for vulva-owners and woman-identifying persons only.

Q: Can I do this program if I'm not a millennial?

A: Of course you can! While the marketing is directed towards millennials, other age groups are also welcome, as long as you're over 18!

Q: Will I lose weight on this program?

A: Maybe, but that's not the goal. The goal of this program is to help you develop confidence in your body despite what it looks like. However, we will also teach you how to use nutrition + exercise to optimize your physical, mental, and emotional health. Some students may lose weight through implementing these practices, but again, that is not the goal of this program.

Q: Will I receive macros, calories, or a meal plan in this program?

A: Nope! We will use basic nutrition science + intuitive eating practices to help you stop overeating and nourish your body adequately.

Q: Will I receive a training/exercise program in this program?

A: Nope! We have an entire unit on exercise specifically, where we will teach you how to develop a healthy relationship with exercise, and how to build body confidence through movement.

Q: How much time will I need to be successful in this program?

A: The program material is released on a weekly basis and includes video modules and homework each week. Completing that in addition to the calls requires at least 2 hours weekly to be successful.
